Returns

Each piece is meticulously inspected to meet Gabri's standards of quality before delivery. However, if you don't love your purchase, you may return it for a refund (shipping charges, however, are non-refundable). We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days upon receiving your order to request a return. Returns are subject to a return shipping fee equivalent to your initial shipping amount (unless you were eligible for free shipping at checkout; in which case, we will reach out with the return shipping fee once we've calculated the rate with our courier), which will be deducted from your refund.

To be eligible for a return, your items must be in the same condition that you received them, unworn, unwashed, with tags and hygiene liners attached, and in their original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria. Products marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for return.

To start a return, please contact us at support@gabriswim.com with your order ID. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Returns sent without authorization will be returned to sender.

Once your return is received at our headquarters and processed, you will be notified via email. This process can take up to 7 business days from the date your return tracking information shows "Delivered."

If your return is accepted, your refund will be processed and applied to the original method of payment. Please note that refunds can take up to 10 business days to appear on your bank account due to varying processing times of financial institutions. If you're returning an item purchased with a discount code, your refund will reflect the item's proportionally discounted price.

Exchanges
At this time, we are unable to offer exchanges. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the new item.
